The customer has three (3) calendar business days for a full refund, no questions asked on purchases.After the initial three-day period, all refunds are subject to manager approval and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are guaranteed after the initial three-day buyer's remorse period. If W.A.S.P. Recovery LLC is providing assistance to clients which incur 3rd party charges, then that project is no longer eligible for a refund.
